Domestic Shipping in Malaysia

Shipping Partner: GIOSSARDI’s products are available for domestic shipping within Malaysia, facilitated by our trusted partner, Ninja Logistics Sdn. Bhd. (201401042483 [1118651-U]).
Tracking Your Order: Stay updated on your order’s delivery status using Ninja Logistics’ tracking system.
Shipping Fee: Enjoy FREE shipping within Malaysia for purchases of RM200 and above. For orders below RM200, a standard shipping fee of RM10 applies.

Delivery Timeframe

West Malaysia: Expect your order within 2 – 5 working days from the purchase date.
East Malaysia: Delivery takes approximately 5 – 10 working days post-purchase.

Note: Please anticipate delays during festive seasons and promotional periods.

International Shipping

Singapore and Brunei:

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and delivery location. Detailed fees will be provided at checkout.

Additional Information

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or additional charges upon receiving their package.

Self-Collect Policy: We prioritize the safety and convenience of our customers. Hence, “self-collect” is not available for online orders.
